Through the lens of a photographer....
As a photographer, all we could ask for is a muse. It's our dream come true. Someone who inspires creativity. Who coaxes out the inner artist and takes from it, the softness of night into the trueness of day. Well..... Bao is that person for me. It is a thrill to work with someone who is comfortable in her own skin, versatile, and so in touch with her strength, beauty, vulnerability, and body. She inspires and thrills the eye and soul. I rarely question myself around her.... why? Because she will always "just go for it!" I have had her balanced on beams in an abandoned Hotel, half naked at a carnival in downtown Santa Ana, thrown on old wooden stairs, posing on the rooftop of a wind blown building, and in freezing beach water at sunset. With all the daring and creative settings that I have put her in, no matter what, she still gets in posing position and creates that image I am looking for. As a model, she trusts her movements with strength and agility. Also moving flawlessly and at ease. Bao is graceful yet powerful, and as a person.... well, that's another beautiful story that requires more time. If you are looking for that muse, she is your girl.
